The venture

Fuloni is a consumer wellness brand built around Northeast-sourced ingredients and a manufacturing footprint inside Assam. The company has spent three years proving the product in regional retail and is now positioned to take a national distribution motion.

The work

TOV is embedded with Fuloni for twelve months on capital strategy, the first national modern-trade conversations, hiring the first sales lead, and the operating cadence that makes a regional brand legible to institutional capital. We co-own the Series A narrative.

Outcomes
